About Us

Vito Brunetti, Esq.

As a graduate of New York University, Vito Brunetti has received the following two degrees: Bachelor of Arts and Master of Fine Arts. Mr. Brunetti received his Juris Doctor degree from the Seton Hall School of Law. He practiced law as a Staff Attorney for Northeast New Jersey Legal Services from 1999 to 2011.

Jennifer J. Donnelly, Esq.

Ms. Donnelly is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and has practiced since 2003. She studied at Berkeley College where she earned her A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies. While at Kean University, she was awarded a B.A. in Psychology cum laude. She was awarded her J.D. at Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002.

Ms. Donnelly practiced Special Education Law with the firm of Sussan & Greenwald from 2003 through 2005. For six years, Ms. Donnelly practiced Family Law at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services in Jersey City, New Jersey, representing low-income individuals in matters including domestic violence proceedings, divorce, child custody disputes and both child and spousal support issues. In 2011, she was awarded the prestigious Cynthia Baker Award from NNJLS for her service to the low-income community.

Ms. Donnelly was appointed to the District VI Ethics Committee in September 2011 and continues to proudly serve on that committee, which strives to maintain the highest ethical standards amongst attorneys in Hudson County. Ms. Donnelly has a published, precedential Appellate Division decision: S.D. V. M.J.R., 415 N.J. Super. 417 (App. Div. 2010). She was interviewed on the Lisa Wexler Show and foxnews.com following the publication of that decision.

Ms. Donnelly is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and the Hudson County Bar Association. She lives in East Rutherford with her husband, Mike.

Meghan K. Gulczynski, Esq.

Ms. Gulczynski is an experienced trial attorney with a background in family law and landlord-tenant law. She began her career as producer on COURT TV, where she first became interested in the law. As a producer she worked with prominent legal experts to educate the public on important legal issues facing our nation. She has clerked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and clerked at the Center for Justice and Democracy where she co-authored: Life Savers: CJ&D’s Guide To Lawsuits That Protect Us All. She practiced as a trial attorney at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services for nine years and was awarded the 2010 Cynthia Baker Outstanding Attorney Award by Legal Services of New Jersey.

Ms. Gulczynski has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Fordham University and a J.D. from CUNY School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. She is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association.
